3 September 2020 – Whitehelm Capital is pleased to announce today that Jürgen Gerke has been appointed to the Whitehelm Capital Pty Ltd Board of Directors.
Jürgen was most recently CEO of Allianz Capital Partners (“ACP”), holding the role from 2015 until his retirement last year. ACP is a large alternative asset manager with AUM of €35 billion across infrastructure, renewables and private equity. Earlier in his career, Jürgen held various management positions with Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank, Euler Hermes, the European Commission, as well as CFO roles for different Allianz Group companies in France.
Jürgen is a German national, but has lived and worked across Europe.
With Jürgen’s appointment Mark Snape has stepped down from the Whitehelm Board.
