Sydney Airport is Australia’s largest airport and operates under a long-term lease from the Australian Government. Sydney Airport is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: SYD). The capital indexed bonds mature in 2020 and provide an inflation-linked coupon of 3.76%.
Peninsula Link is a 27-kilometre freeway located in South-East Melbourne connecting the suburbs of Frankston and Mount Martha. The project was procured under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) which involved the design, construction in addition to the long-term maintenance and operation of the freeway. Peninsula Link commenced operations in 2013 and, given its structure as an availability PPP, is not subject to demand risk.
SAE is a, state-of-the-art waste-to-energy plant in Sarpsborg, Norway. It has an installed capacity of 32.4 MW. The plant processes mainly household waste into energy in the form of environmentally friendly industrial steam. The feedstock is 80,000 tons of waste per year of household and commercial waste.
